deviantART Journal: [dA Update] Want Your Art Featured?One thing I've been strongly intending to do for awhile now, is feature peoples artwork in a rather unconventional way. Through Google Hangouts on my YouTube Channel.
The only problem I've encountered with these sorts of ideas in the past, to put it simply -- is peoples false sense of low self worth and lack of self esteem. It tends to have people feeling very non-confident about themselves, thus giving them a sense of "stage fright" when it comes to these sorts of ideas. Its not that they dislike the idea. Hell, most even would like to be able to participate in such things. Its just that a lot of people are worried about "not being good enough" or "making a fool of themselves" and other things like this.
All I can suggest is that just allowing yourself to be yourself is the highest potential for success. No matter what you do, or say, how you do it or how you say it -- some people will love it, and as for the rest -- haters gonna hate.
