When we give ourselves a hard time about our inconvenient moods, moments, thoughts and beliefs -- we cycle n a negative feedback loop of clinical depression, and neurotic shit. You can't change what you don't own, so in order to shift -- you need to give yourself the right to be yourself. This means being able to forgive yourself for giving yourself such a hard time.
