The most awesome time of the year, is summer. The trees and flowers in bloom. Needing only a t-shirt, shorts and sandals. Not needing to worry about whether or not you have enough layers of clothing on because its TWENTY-FUCKING-DEGREES outside.
That time of the year when sparrows are having sex on the top of your fence, raccoons are taking small bites out of your water hyacinth giving them an upset stomach making it clear to those little bastards that coming into your back yard and making a mess of things might not be the brightest idea in the world, as the gold fish eat the slugs out from the bottom of the rocks hanging over the edge of the pond, the woodpeckers make the loudest noises you ever heard in your life at 5 in the morning and the fact that you can walk out in the front of your house feeling great without a care in the world, because the owners of the house next door finally got around to evicting those nasty bastard harassing fuckfaces who use to rent the place. It only took them 6 months in court to get rid of them, and you are all happy that they are gone.
While summer might not be perfect, it is more perfect than the rest of the year.
