I've always said they should make it legal and tax it - imagine how much debt our country could pay off with that.  That is one item I would be OK with taxing.  I am on disability for chronic headaches and sometimes my medication doesn't help but marijuana works WONDERS!  And it's true!  Most stoned people like to stay inside and eat themselves into a sugar coma!  LOL!
